Enterprise

Enterprise: entities, identity and procurement

Enterprise use of Brex: multi-entity structures, SSO and provisioning, delegated administration and procurement requirements.

Key takeaways

  • Multi-entity is an accounting and legal design, not a card-skin problem.
  • SSO and SCIM matter more than another virtual-card toggle.
  • Procurement will ask about data processing, subprocessors and audit rights.

Multi-entity structures

Cards, bills and accounts need a home entity. Intercompany spend needs a rule, not a miscellaneous GL. Delegated admin should follow legal entities as well as teams.

SSO and provisioning

Joiners get cards from identity, leavers lose them from identity. If offboarding is a spreadsheet, enterprise scale will leak. See Brex Login for how SSO usually behaves — information only, no forms.

Procurement questions

Security questionnaire, data residency, retention, subprocessors, uptime history. We do not answer those for any vendor; we list the questions so finance and IT ask them once, together.

Frequently asked questions

No. It is a spend platform that should export into the ERP/ledger you already run.
